This Coaching Programs include the following elements:

Initial consultation: This may be a complimentary session or an initial paid session that allows you and your coach to get to know each other, discuss your goals and expectations, and assess whether coaching is the right fit for you.
Regular coaching sessions:These are typically scheduled at a frequency that works best for you (e.g., weekly, biweekly, monthly) and last for a predetermined amount of time (e.g., 30 minutes, 60 minutes). During these sessions, you will work with your coach to discuss progress, set goals, develop a plan of action, and address any challenges or setbacks.
Regular coaching sessions:These are typically scheduled at a frequency that works best for you (e.g., weekly, biweekly, monthly) and last for a predetermined amount of time (e.g., 30 minutes, 60 minutes). Homework assignments: Your coach may give you assignments or exercises to complete between sessions in order to help you practice new skills, implement your action plan, and make progress towards your goals.
Email/text support: Some coaches may offer email or text support between sessions, allowing you to check in with your coach or ask for guidance as needed.
Tools and resources: Your coach may provide you with additional tools and resources (such as books, articles, or online courses) to help you further your learning and development.
Follow-up support: Many coaching programs include follow-up support after the coaching relationship has ended, in order to help you stay on track and continue making progress towards your goals.
